To enter you need the L & O Individual Registration Form and the Law and OARder Pledge Sheet . Deadline for entries is Wednesday, May 26th, crews start training May 31st. As crews register, they are assigned coaches and the coach and crew then agree on convenient times for training. All crews try to get in 8 sessions prior to the race day to be ready.
Law and Oarder has so far included crews made up of judges, crown and defence attorneys, all sorts of lawyers, all sorts of law firms, the Law Society folks, police officers, police special units, fire fighters, ambulance and first responders! All are welcome. These are some of the bravest folks in the City of Winnipeg!
This is a benefit event for the St. Andrews Street Family Centre and Priaire Fire Rowing Centre has organized and hosted the event since it's inception. It has raised over $15,000 for the St. Andrews Street Family Centre since the first event in 1999.
